The Shreve Building

Welcome to the site of the historic Shreve Building. Named after its principal tenant, Shreve & Co jewelers, the building has been in existence since 1905 and survived the 1906 earthquake because of it's use of state-of-the-art engineering technology of the time. Located at Post and Grant, the neighborhood boasts such tenants as De Beers Jewellery, Cartier, Sak's Fifth Avenue Men's Store, Prada, Coach, Gump's, Brooks Brothers, Burberry, The North Face, and Banana Republic. The Shreve Building makes its home one block away from the heart of San Francisco's Union Square, one of the world's premier shopping districts.
